    ich habe in einem Preisausschreiben einen Qatar Airways Flug von Düsseldorf über Doha nach Johannesburg gewonnen. Über den ausgestellten Gutschein habe ich für mich und meine Frau Flüge gebucht und ein Electronic Ticket Receipt mit der Booking Reference: JKPBKY und den Ticketnummern 157 2363994808 und …09 erhalten.
    Da die komplette Buchung ohne persönlichen Kontakt sondern ausschließlich über elektronische Medien erfolgte sind wir etwas misstrauisch. Können Sie mir bitte bestätigen, dass die Tickets korrekt und kein Fake sind. Besteht mit diesen Tickets die Möglichkeit das Qatar Airways Stop over Programm in Doha auf dem Rückflug zu nutzen?
    Ihre Hilfe ist dringend erwünscht.

    We just got an e-mail telling that the flight februar 9. from Doha to Copenhagen was cancelled. Can we change the flight so we flight from Melbourne one day earlier februar the 7. from Melbourne and februar the 8 from Doha to Copenhagen?

    Trying to contact Qatar re my missing luggage. 1 case was delivered after 2 days but 5 weeks and still one missing. Missing one was being traced. Website now tells me 2nd case has been delivered but it has not. Unable to speak to anyone at Perth airport. Tried what’s app contact twice and told they will send info to Perth courier but still nothing. Infodesk email doesnt work and I have spent hours trying to sort this out. Please can I get a response.

    I have boarded QA last September from Dubai to Basrah then my suitcase was damaged.
    I claimed at QA basrah team and one month later I got contacted by QA by whatsup and got an EMD saying that the refund would be made around the world.
    Then, I contacted Dubai and Japan office but refund was not made due to the reason that EMD was not issued there.
    I contacted “QA contact center (+974 4023 0000)” many time but regretfully no progress and always helpless on top of being passed around every time.
