    Hello,
    I had recently a flight with Qatar Airways and I had a problem with luggage check in. Few days before flight I called you and consulted about one extra luggage that I had to get an idea about the cost of it. Your speaking employee on phone clearly advised me that it costs 100CAD for one extra luggage. However at the airport when I was asking to pay for extra luggage they charged me 312CAD. It is when whole the extra luggage was not worth this amount, not even half.
    If you have a record of my conversation with your customer service speaker you can listen and confirm. I expect your feed back on this and compensating my extra expense because of wrong information of customer service or overcharge at the airport.

I still have a flight reservation that I have already paid for and if I succeed Tue 25 Jan 2022- Budapest BUD to DOHA (DOH) Confirmation Number-PHSJO9 I will go. I bought my ticket from the Budapest air ticket sales agent Veco-Travel Kft. I had been contacting them several days ago to book me a Doha (TRANSIT) “ORYX” Qatar Air Port Hotel to book a place for me for one night. I am a dual citizen and I travel frequently always QATAR AIR- because it is good for me and I am used to it. But the“Agent” hasn’t responded to this day. I would ask Why is it that it takes so long for the buyer to wait for a response? Respect Stevan Lazarus
