I booked a flight online and encountered the following problem.
• Melbourne – Manchester 5th April (leaving 21.35 QR 0905)

My partner and I have booked a business class flight on Quatar Airlines Adelaide London return.

My wife and I with our daughter and son in law were due to fly to Malta on 20th May , 2020 and due to the current travel restriction / Corona Virus my daughter rang the Qatar office to confirm as per the advise sent by Qatar Airways to confirm that they will issue us credits for our flights to be used later . Problems with getting a response to phone calls.
Using automated response, but no one even responded.
Trying to find out how to add my passport details etc for my confirmed ticket booking.
I understand that this must be completed before I can check in at Sydney airport for my flight to the U.K.
I’m due to fly on the 14.5.20 and anxious to get this completed.
I’ve tried using manage my booking on line but no link for additional information for passport on my details section either!
I have received a cancellation notice email for a return flight to Europe later this year and wish to organise a refund. The email requires me to contact the Australian Call Centre to do that.
Every time over the last few days I call 1300 340 600 I go through the menu options,selecting them then there is 1 ring tone then the line goes dead. The alternate 02 9165 4313 does not work either.
There is no message to say they are busy.
Is their phone system down?

I was booked on PER-DOH-LHR on 17/4/20 (Booking Ref. Q4LDPO) but because of the Corona virus restrictions, I called to cancel on 14/4. The person I spoke to said that no voucher would be issued and I just needed to quote the booking ref. when rebooking. On 17/4 I spoke to another representative who told me that my ticket had been changed to open status but confirmed that she had now changed it to a voucher which would be emailed to me at [email protected] within 14 days. The first flight was due to depart yesterday, on Wednesday 20.05.2020.
I made my first refund request online, on the Qatar Airways website, in March 2020 and have not as yet received final feedback.
It is not possible to submit another feedback request via the Qatar Airways webpage as for some reason this facility no longer works and generates the following error message:

Not sure how qatar airways received the referenced ‘accolades’ but our experience between London – Doha – Sydney – Doha – London has been the worst we have ever experienced.
‘Valued Customers’ are cannon fodder as far as qatar airways are concerned.
They do not even reach the low standards of British Airways.
We will travel with Emirates, Virgin or Singapore Airlines in future.
