Kindly take note that my flight from Beirut to Montreal, Canada, through Casablanca, which was scheduled on 23/03/2020, was delayed until further notice because of the COVID-19 pandemic. This was notified to me by your email you sent me on 07/04/2020.
In the same email you said that the price of the air ticket amounting to 960,- ( Nine Hundred Sixty) Canadian dollars cannot be refunded and it will be deposited with you for buying an air ticket within a period up to 06/04/2021.
Consequently, my trip was delayed by you more than once, which has deprived me from reaching my family in Canada and caused me loss and damage.
I opened the website of your company and I was surprised to see that you have resumed your air flights from Casablanca to Montreal, Canada, but you did not resume such flights from Beirut to Montreal through Casablanca. This certainly means that it will not be possible for me to go to Canada with your airlines, which used to fly from Beirut to Casablanca.
Besides, I am obliged to be with my family in Canada within 20th January until 20th of February 2021.
Therefore, I would like you to find a solution for this problem in order that I can travel to Canada as soon as possible , either by:
1. Transferring the air ticket to another airlines you usually cooperate with and they fly from Beirut to Canada through Casablanca or through any other city,
2. Refunding the price of the air ticket already in your possession amounting to 960,- ( Nine Hundred Sixty ) Canadian dollars enabling me to buy an air ticket from any other airlines which fly from Beirut or even from Damascus, if possible, to Canada.
I trust that you will appreciate my situation and that you will take the necessary action in this respect and inform me thereof soonest possible.

My father bought a ticket from JetBlue and Royal Air Marroc via cheapoair. He is scheduled to fly from the US to Morocco to Tunisia. He is scheduled to arrive in Tunisia on June 19, 2020. We learned that Tunisia is not allowing flights from Royal Air Marroc during that time per the Tunisian embassy. Is it possible to get a refund since my dad needs to buy a new ticket? I have already spoken to the Tunisian embassy and cheapoair. Cheapoair says I need to contact you.

I purchased 3 tickets on February 18, 2020 and an additional ticket on February 25 for my niece to travel from JFK to Accra Ghana via Casa Blanca on July 24, 2020. The booking references are RAGYA3 & JERCO6 and we were scheduled to return August 7, 2020. Due to COVID-19, on May 5th 2020 I requested a refund and your office said they would issue a travel voucher by email. I completed your online request for the voucher however we still have not received a voucher.
In spite of the numerous emails sent and phone calls made, I have not received a refund or travel voucher. My brother and sister in law who was travelling on the same flight has not received their voucher either. Below is a copy of my email sent.
