I booked a return ticket from Rome to Brussles, Belgium in April but could not travel because of the covid-19 restrictions. Since then Ryanair has been asking me to reschedule my flight or ask for a refund. I have requested for a refund a number of time but to no avail. And now for the past two months I have not heard anything again from them. Not even a mail to tell me what next. I really want to get my money back since I don’t intend to travel again in the near future.
