I am very unhappy using Hyderabad Saudi Airlines Services..
I tried all the Phone Numbers to inquire about the Airlines but there is not response at all from Hyderabad Saudi Airport office .. I got amazed that how careless these people are in Hyderabad Office..

THE COUNTER WAS CLOSED BEFORE ONE HOUR OF THE FLIGHT TIMING,AS I WAS THEIR BEFORE ONE HOUR OF FLIGHT TAKE OFF (DATE : 06.08.2017)
I WAS AT COUNTER AT 11.40 THE FLIGHT WAS AT 12.50, THEY CHECKED MY PASSPORT AND TOLD
ITS VISIT (KSA) THEN, THEY TOLD YOU CANT GO.THE COUNTERS ARE CLOSED….
WHAT IS THE LINK BETWEEN VISIT AND THE AIR TICKET DEPARTMENT…WHY DO THEY CONERN OF VISIT / PERMANENT
I WANT THE COMPLETE REFUND OF TWO TICKETS INFANT AND ADULT
THE STAFF OF CHECK IN COUNTERS WERE TOTALLY NOT CO-OPERATIVE, I WAS WITH MY BABY GIRL(INFANT) THEY DID NOT CARE/COOPERATE AND THEY GAVE ME EXIT PASS AT 12.00 TO GO OUT FROM THE AIRPORT & THEY TOLD TICKETS CANNOT BE USED
IT WAS A SAUDI A AIRLINE INTERNATIONAL TICKET,WITH CONFIRMATION
BUT THE STAFF OF COUNTERS DID NOT CO-OPERATE. WHY WILL THEY INTERFERE WITH THE VISA PROCESS IS IT VISIT OR PERMANENT
I NEED THE COMPLETE REFUND OF BOTH THE TICKETS, AND AN ACTION ON THE STAFF OF COUNTERS

we are flying through Saudi airlines from Hyderabad airport on 13 Oct my sister carrying return ticket on emirates check in counters people dined and emirates ticket is cancelled but when we asked our agent he said its confirm after that even we check with banjara hills emirates office ticket confirm after that no change made on emirates booking. i also spoke with that air india person he said will not accept at all until unless you buy a ticket with us i asked him to will buy a ticket through online but he dined i am unable to understand why he force fully sell the ticket to customers we approached consumer forum long back they said sent email to airline if they denied to you people then they will take an action now whats the solution for this fraud business at Hyderabad airport Saudi airlines counter.
for your reference i am attaching the all the documents please verify and check with the emirates
few days back we went to airport regarding this case airindia sats person talking very rudely and he is telling its completely mistake from our end now i want to know the what mistake we made , if we want to talk with Saudi airlines people he is not providing any contact no and not even arranging tocall us or to meet.
