    On nov13 in flight from toronto to jedah I phone was losr at jeddah on changing flight to new delhi.A call was received by our relative on his phone that parampal has lost I phone.. Call came from phone no 966 555 599503 asking to contact within two days .as we ca9me to know only after arrival at toronto and called this no on 23 dec but no body received.     Good day. I send this message totally expecting it to be ignored or dismissed as a waste of time.
    I returned from Hajj and on return journey used the Jeddah airport. In the duty-free shop, my wife noticed a gold bangle at the jewelry counter. Since we were rushing, I did not take down any details. That is what I now regret as I would like to purchase it as a birthday gift for her. It is unlikely that I will be there again in near future. Is it at all possible that a photo of the bangle can be sent to me? All I can say as a description thereof is that it seemed to be a kind of rope design. Any assistance in my quest would be highly appreciated. Ps. I left the airport on 31 August 2018 evening.

    PLEASE HELP. ON JUNE 26TH I FLEW FROM MOSCOW IN TRANSIT TROUGH ISTANBUL TO JEDDAH. I STILL DIDNT GET MY OVERSIZED LUGGAGE. I HAVE TO START – TO WORK THE CIRCUS SHOW IN JEDDAH BUT WITHOUT THIS BAG I CANT DO IT. THE – CLAIM NUMBER IS JEDSV40736. I HOPE YOU WILL FIND IT. THIS IS THE SPORT – INVENTORY BAG THE NAME – DAKINE. THE LENGTH 1.65 CM. THE COLOR IS BLACK. – PLEASE I WORRIED SO MUCH. THANK YOU.

    Dear Sir (Saudi Airlines):

    I Syed Mansoor Al fursan Membership No 48952886 write to commend your staff on an exceptional level of service when I traveled with your airline on January 21, 2020.
    The cabin crew were very attentive, competent, pleasant, helpful, humorous, cheerful, professional – just a joy to have on board, I especially want you to be aware of how good some of your employees is (Cabin crew supervisor and the piolet / captain) & what a good impression they made for Saudi Airlines all around. You should have more like them.

    Within half hour the flight taking off from Jeddah I started vomiting and experience unbearable pain in my stomach and was very restless throughout, I cant express the nature of pain that I was experiencing and after a while I lost my senses.

    But the cabin crew warningly attended to me and offered all the assistance and help that was at their disposal and one of the crew offered her own medicine that she was carrying along with for stomach upset and gastric problem.

    I have no issues with my health and had never experienced such worst pains through my life, travelling alone I was really helpless and lost my stamina and strength due to repeated vomiting and collapsed. But the way your entire cabin crew started to take care of me and kept on encouraging me all the way that only boosted my dipping moral and gave an immense courage.

    The pilot himself came out and took me into confidence and encouraged me a lot and the cabin crew arranged one of the doctor who was travelling in the same light and I started to improve upon taking medication and pain killers that the doctor gave me.

    Upon landing in Bangalore my family took me to Mallya Hospital where I was diagnosed with kidney stone of 4 mm in the left kidney and put me on immediate medication and treatment.

    I kindly request to send my message to the entire cabin crew and especially to the cabin supervisor (Filipino) and the Pilot, in short, they made it seem as though they were glad they are attending to me and I was flying Saudi Airlines and they are happy to serve me, and I in turn glad I chose Saudi Airline that day. If I had the power, I’d duplicate them & put them on all my flights.

    Since I don’t, I hope you’ll forward this email to them and their immediate manager, and the vice president of personnel. and I request you to mail me their contact mobile number so that I and my mother can personally thank them for being my strength during the worst phase.

    I trust that you will pass on this recognition to the specific staff members from this flight. They are a true reflection of the high levels of standard that we have come to expect of Saudi Airlines.

    Hello Saudi Airline

    I boarded Egypt Air flight MS878 from Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport – Abuja Nigeria on 17th Sept. 2022 and checked in two bags that I was told to pick up at International Airport in JEDDA – Saudi Arabia on 18th Sept. 2022.. The bag tags were:- MS799558 and MS799559. My first transit point was Cairo International Airport – Egypt.

    My second flight was from Cairo to Jedda with Saudi Airline, flight SV308, which I expected my 2 bags to be transferred into from MS878. But on getting to the bag claim section my bags were not seen. I waited for over 45 minutes to be sure that the luggage belt came to a halt and I was told there is no more bag from my flight SV308 that arrived from Cairo. I then lodged the complaint with the baggage service unit in Jedda and gotten a tracking number (JEDSV67980).,

    I have sent mails and place several calls to Baggage Services at Jeddah Airport but no response.

    Please I need these bags to be tracked and sent to me at Baggage office in Qassim Airport immediately. This is making 6 days I arrived without my checked it bags. It’s really frustrating. wearing only one clothe since I arrived, and all my belongings are in those two
