Ipad 2 was not claim and there is no specific office to claim it
In my experience worst air line experience ever. NOTE: I was supposed to go via Saudi airline flight number SV 020 to Jeddah and from there after 15 hrs i had to take saudi airlines flight SV 734 to lahore. Is there any rule that at jeddah airport nobody can stay and wait for more than 12 hours? because i had a flight on 24 august at terminal 1 , JFK at 17 00 (5pm local time) and when i reached at airport to check in at 15 00 (3 pm local time) they (RECEPTIONIST NISHA PARVEEN nad another white lady) demanded visa from me for saudi arabia and said that they will not allow me to check in as i don’t have visa for saudi arabia! i requested them to help me out because i did not know any such rule , my ticket was confirmed by a travel agent and the confirmation was made by Saudi airlines. I still have that itinerary in my hand . Instead of helping me out the staff behaved in very RUDE and DISGUSTING manner. I was on visit visa in U.S.A. i didn’t have any money in my pocket at that time but mere 100$ and they said me to pay 232$ right at spot to re-route me to karachi, otherwise i will not be allowed to check in. I requested that i will pay rest when i will reach pakistan but they acted in very inhumane manners. It was such a psychological torture that i wish nobody faces in life. i had a credit card of my brother i said them to deduct the money from it and let me go but they didn’t accept that and i was cornered there. no body cooperated there. if it had been Qatar airlines or emirates they had definitely cooperated very well and would have arranged something for me. eventually they ended check in without me and the plane flew without me and my ticket wasted they didn’t reimbursed me a dollar. i don’t know should i sue this company or not . i’m in contact with a lawyer in this regard as saudi airline with its staff snubbed me and took my money for a ticket which the airline itself confirmed . there was not a single fault from my side and i had to suffer so much and went through that psychological stress and tension.
Very Sad to hear your story, I also have a flight with Saudia Airline from NYC to Lahore with a layover of 20 hours on 20th of November, 2107..
You must sue them so they could not make fool to anyone else.. Even still they are offering flights with that much delay and Saudi consulate is not giving transit Visa anymore here in NYC..

I am not able to check in online. I tried all the phone numbers provided and none is connecting and one office is closed.
I arrived on Friday, June 1 through Riyadh from Cairo to JFK I did not receive my two bags number 351902 and 351903 they told me that my bags was not shipped from Cairo and I’ll receive them at Home in Philadelphia until now I did not receive nothing I’m trying to contact them by phone number 718-995-5112 there’s no answer I need to know where is my bags and when I receive them please contact me as soon as possible at 484-569-0395

I am stuff, I work for Delta airlines and This is my original reservation Q289GF and my ticket number is: 065-2123113605 going from KRT to JED and then to JFK on a ticket number: 065-2123113605, on the 6th of February and I missed my flight from JED to JFK, I had to get another ticket going to JFK with another airlines, my bags were left in JED as I told the Saudi stuff that I need my bag to go with me, they said it will be easy to get them when I get to JFK, and they will be checked in with the other airlines, unfortunately when I got to JFK it was late and the office was closed, was not able to track my bags, I call the office, they said you have to make a claim in JED. How Am I going to make a claim if I have already left JED, in the mean time I lost my bags and they do not have it when I called them or they could not track my bag for me.

Me and my wife are passing through Jeddah on 15th May 2022, originating from New York U.S.A by SAUDIA AIRLINES finally going to Bangalore, India, reaching Jeddah at 8.45 A.M. and our connecting flight to Bangalore is on the same day at 7.40 P.M., by same SAUDIA AIRLINES.
Both of us are fully vaccinated, having taken 2 doses of Covishield in India in March & April 2021 and booster dose Pfizer in the United States in December 2021, holding original proofs for the same. We don’t intend going outside the Airport but to stay put within the Airport.
I now request you to advise me in detail in ENGLISH, what all the documents we have to show in Jeddah for our 11 hour stay in KSA, within the Airport itself.
