    Dear sir

    We have a problem with a shipment that was sent to cairo awb065-25961865

    The freight charge that was entered by saudi airline in uk was wrong 14000 sterling and we need a letter from saudi airlines in uk sent to saudi airlines in cairo stating the correct amount 3695 euro to present to customs

    Please have someone call me urgently as all attempts to contact saudi airlines in uk have failed

    Saudi airline is very unhelpful because most of them lazy to work and treat the passengers in the way that look unprofessional way I am very sorry to say that however I loved Saudi very much as a country and their people.
    the Saudi airline in London their contact is impossible to call them and to talk to someone all the time answer machine replied and I leave my name and contact number but unfortunately no one call me back however i called them many times.
    I lost my luggage in jeddah I used Saudi airline for my Holiday I did claim to got my luggage back or compensation but the claim form all the time mention there are error for submitting I asked the member in the Saudi airline to help me but the same problem appeared and we tried up to 8 times but I understand that the Saudi airline made it by purpose!!?
    I hope this comment take it seriously to improve the services to encourage the passengers to used this airline.
