    Hi and Good morning,

    I would like to request an official letter immediately for our offloading flight dated 29th May 2022. We have requested it from our travel agent (ken travel) on 12 June 2022 and to the date we have not received the letter. The purpose of the letter is for our insurance claim.

    Following are the details of our flight.

    Saudi Arabian Airlines had offloading us from the flight from Jeddah to Kuala Lumpur which dated 29th May 2022 at 02:10am and reschedule it to 29th May 2022 at 10:25am.

    Due to the above matter, we missed our connecting flight from Kuala Lumpur (KUL) to Bandar Seri Begawan (BWN) which we supposed to be on that flight on Sunday, 29th May 2022 at 21:10. Therefore, we have to repurchase the new ticket.

    Following is the list of affected passengers
