Sir can u please help me.my return ticket from Kochi to riyadh is 23rd august 2018.the airport was closed.what should I do for changing ticket
i have booked a ticket from kuwait to kochi and kochi to kwi on saudia airlines via jeddah on july 5 th and return on august 2019 but without giving us any infirmation they cancelled to kochi airport and client had to get down in calicut ..they didnot get any compensation …they have arranged a taxi cab and was waiting till morning but flight was delayed ..but its not a problem that we can adjust but wen we asked about the luggage they said it is not there in the flight that is somewhwere in kuwait or jeddah ..they dont have any idea regarding this two days after again the client has to go to calicut office and collect it .. even the hand carry aslo they have taken from the customer and told there s no space in the flight …after getting down child started vomitting and they dont have even a kerchief in their hand or even one pair of dress to change it …shame on you .they are not sure about the luggage wen it comes …..see kids suffered a lot ….no responsible staffs in saudia airlines even in kochi as well calicut …we are pravasi malayalees and doing work there and serving people in kuwait and saudi and othe places but we dont get any help from the saudia airline s….u know how much amount we are spending for travel food taxi and all ..these are extra expenses ….really squesing the people …y we have choosed the saudia bcos we worked saudi more than 5 years we didnot expect this from saudia …now return flight also from calicut ….who will pay the extra amount not only that our health issues time energy everything ….very sorry to say its bad and bad impression amoung the people …because its not the first time its happening always …many are complaining this….pls do give some values on human atleast ….imagine how far is from kottyaam to calict by road and also with luggage we need taxi so all these are expenses
