    Dear Sir,
I wish to lodge a complaint about the service.
I booked a return flight for myself from Damma to Jeddah which went through fine. However, I then booked a one way flight for a work colleague using my credit card but entered all his details, but when I printed off the flight itenary it was printed in my name.
I have attempted wasting several hours contacting the Saudi airline to change one of the tickets to my colleagues name but without success. I was after a couple of hours of calls told by an agent that I should go to Dammam airportand they will change the name over, however I got there and was told to go to the city office in Dammam which I was told is based in the Sheraton Hotel. The desk clerk at the airport told me that the office closes at 5.30.
After driving to the Sheraton in Dammam I was told that the Saudi office is not based there. Again after wasting a further 15 to 20 minutes due to misinformation I managed to locate the office, only to find that the office closed at 4.30 and not 5.30 as informed by the desk clerk at the Saudi airline desk at Dammam airport.

Both tickets are paid for but I need the one way ticket to be changed from my name to my colleagues name., but the center of my complaint is the misinformation and the lack of clarity demonstrated by both agents during the telephone calls and also at the airport.
