Travel during pregnancy in Saudi Arabian Airlines

Pregnancy rules in Saudi Arabian Airlines:

  • Expectant mothers can travel in Saudi Arabian Airlines till 32nd week of the Single pregnancy and multiple pregnancy.
  • Between 32 weeks to 36 weeks, a medical certificate is required to travel which stated that you are fit to travel from your doctor or midwife.
  • Medical clearance will be required if:Child birth is expected in less than 4 weeks.Uncertainty exists over the progress of the pregnancy and the date of delivery.There were previous multiple births childbirth complications are expected.The medical certificate must be issued within 7 days of the flight date.
  • At 36 weeks of pregnancy you will not be accepted to travel.

    Assalam-o-Alaikum,
    Am Rashid Manzoor. I am planning to visit Toronto in June 2017 and while going to Toronto i want to stay in KSA for 4-5 days to perform Umrah. Tentitive visit dates are as fol:-
    Departure from Islamabd to Jeddah: 20 June 2017 – It will be last Ashra of Ramadan also
    Departure from Jeddah to Toronto: 24 or 25 June 2017
    Return from Toronto to Islamabad: 04 or 05 August 2017
    The only purpose to travel by Saudi air is to perform Umrah and further travel to Toronto. Kindly confirm me if tickets according to above schedule are available along with price (Ticket price on your website during these dates is approximately Rs- 10300/-) or any other available option. I shall be thankful to you if reply against my querry is provided today as I have to apply for leave in the office.

    I booked a flight online from Islamabad to Kano, Nigeria (Departure date id 1st, July 2017 and returning date is 15th, September 2017). I tried to make the payment online, but couldn’t due to error. Please what should i do? The price Online is PKR 49, 673.

      Salam first booked and issued ticket from Madina to Peshawar 24/01/2021 and return from Peshawar to Madina 19/8/2021. I changed the date to 29/062021 because of COVID 19.was canceled from Covid 19. Now I want to change the date again. How much will it cost and what to do. Thank you

    Dear sir /madam I book a ticket with Saudi Arabia airlines I call from the last 3 days in Saudi Arabia airline in islamabad blue area office no one bothered to answer the phone than I go to the office the don’t bothered either In my point off view the customer service is useless and bad admin I would request the removal all the useless people from the office and put some nice people at least the can answer the phone

    Hi,
    I had a return ticket from Toronto to Islamabad via Jedda and from Islamabad to Toronto via Jeddah through Saudi Airlines.
    I was to Fly tomorrow that’s 23 rd of March 2018, Unfortunately for the reasons of my mother’s ill health , i could not plan my return on 23rd so tried to contact the airlines for an extension by two weeks. I contacted the local office dealing inSaudi Airlines but to no avail. Tried to contact Toronto where i had my my travelling advisor but he gain suggested that i should contact the Local office. I was told at the time of purchase that i had an option of changing the due dates at least once with a certain variation in price. That’s perfectly alright with me.
    My mother is unwell and was hospitalized , if required i could produce the evidence of her illness.

    I am wondering if i d be able to extend my return date from 23 rd March to about 03 weeks forwards since these are accentuating circumstances for me, I am ready to pay the fare difference.

    I will be most grateful if my request is entertained on humanitarian grounds.

    Very bad customer service at saudi air line office in Islamabad. There was only one person helping customers and he was taking one 1 hour to process one person. So 8 to 10 persons a day. I have decided not to take saidi airline ever again. It was really a bad customer service I have ever seen.

    Let me know why you have installed telephone system in your office and why you shared your office phone numbers in your website when you don’t have to attend the calls of the passengers / customers.
    I think a compaign on social media is needed to start against your attitude towards customers that eventually ends up with boycott.

    I called couple of time but in-vain.
    Now I’ve to go to the Saudia office to reconfirm my booking. I could not even do it online. there is no such option available.
    I think Saudi offices need refreshing courses how to deal with passengers and answer the phone.

    I wanna know about the procedure of ticket refund as my grandmother was supposed to perform umrah in feb 2020.all the formalities were done seat, visa tickets etc. But few days before her flight she passed away.     Dear Sir,
    Hope you are doing well and enjoying your days. It is to inform you that my Flight having ticket No. 065-6916033545 scheduled on 6 Aug at 03:05 AM from Islamabad International Airport to King Abdul Aziz Int Jeddah has departed before the scheduled time. I arrived at Islamabad International Airport on 6 Aug at 12:15 AM but the Airport personnels told me that the flight had left for Jeddah before the scheduled timing. It is too strange for me how it could happen?
    I am here at Islamabad and waiting for your response to deal accordingly. It’s tough for me to get back home as it’s about 400-500 KM away from here.
