I have a 32 inch LED/LCD TV, can i carry this from Jeddah to Calicut (CCJ) airport. Some rumors are there, TV is not allowed in Saudia, is it true?
I got my tickets booked on 15th September from Jizan-Jeddah-Delhi for travel on 21st November. The timings for the flight was 6:30am from Jizan to Jeddah and then followed by 10:45am flight from Jeddah to Delhi same day. Now on 18th September I received a message from SAUDIA that my ticket from Jeddah to Delhi has been rescheduled to 20th and from Jizan to Jeddah is same on 21st November. I do not understand that how can this be done that I go to Delhi from Jeddah on 20th and then from Jizan to Jeddah on 21st. I am unable to reach the customer care call centre number 920022222 since 3 days. This number keeps me waiting for about 1 hour but still I am unable to speak the customer care. I also went to SAUDIA office and they have send some email for correction and they told that I will receive some phone call from the Saudi Airlines. I am still waiting for the call and highly worried and dissappointed that how will this matter be sorted. Kindly guide me, how will this be managed as this is a major error from the ticket issuing department.
