Dear Sir / Madam,
My name is Mahmoud and I`m Egyptian citizen and resident in Maldives, i want to book my flight from Male – Cairo and fly with Saudi Airlines.
As i understand my ticket will include two language with 23 KG maximum for each + my carry luggage, however i was wondering how much i need to pay for extra wight if i would carry one 20 KG bag & another one 32 KG, how much will be the charge for this extra KG bag and how can i pay that, is it in advance or cash in the check in counter.

I have tried to contact your offices this morning (14th March) but there have been no replies on any of the numbers. (009603300838 reservations and ticketing).
We were due to fly out today to Riyadh from Male but our Island (Meeru) has been put on lockdown from early this morning so we cannot travel by Boat from Meeru to Male to catchy our flight at 12:10 SV 786.
We would like to convert our tickets into open tickets so we can fly back at some point in the future. Our ticket numbers are:
