    I am coming specifically to settle a refund dispute on a trip from Cairo to Dubai. The fight in Dec 2016 was canceled due to ENGINE FAILURE and I have not received any compensation or been able to speak to anyone to get a refund. Several emails made on the corporate website have gone by unanswered. I am traveling from Kingston specifically to the office at 6310 Terminal 3 Road to speak to someone. I hope you will be able to address and resolve this issue

    I am trying to enter last month travel miles on the Alfursan loyalty program but it is always gives an error message “PNR code must be 12 digits” although PNR or airline reservation code is 6 digit code. Like PNR code for my ticket is 8LBYM3 and for my wife’s ticket is BKQ5UA.

    We booked our flights through travel agent (Bismillah Travels & Tours, Mississauga.ON). We flights were from YEG-YYZ-JED-KHI and back. Travel agent provided us e-tickets. Our e-ticket receipts numbers are: 0651158614410/11 and 0651158614408/09. We travelled on Feb 08, 2017 from Edmonton via Toronto and Jeddah to Karachi and back on March 28, 2017.

        They don’t really help at all so what’s the point? I have been trying since past 3 months to cancel my tickets because I am unfit to travel. Since 2 weeks after I booked my ticket (for a ticket booked 4 months in advance). Provided a doctor’s report stating I cannot travel. They keep saying to submit some online form, which I did. And now I am unable to submit any further forms because it gives me an error each time I have tried to do it in the past few weeks. No one is responding to me. This is the last time I am booking a flight with Saudi Arabia Airlines. Worst customer service ever ! I am not quick to make a judgement, but the service has been very dissatisfying and below normal standards.

    Hello Team- I booked a Saudi airlines ticket through travel agency for my parents to Canada from back home.It was my mistake that i gave an incorrect last name .I requested for a change and the travel agency said it is not possible to do so and I will have to cancel (Cancellation fee 500) and rebook once again(incremental change in cost) at my own cost.So i called the customer support desk and I was told that I can go through travel agency at 180 CAD in the beginning.On hearing this, later the Travel agency said They will get back to me but they said it is a false news.

    I called the customer agents once again and now they are telling the same as travel agency said.They asked me to reach out to an email address and gave me an incorrect email address once agiain.All emails are getting rebounced to me once again.I would say this information is misleading and I have 3 months for their travel but now I have to bear another 1000 dollars for a name change.Whats wrong is changing the last name in advance.

Saudi Airline counter person not tagged my one luggage at Toronto airport, which was not reached at Delhi.     I am travelling by SV60/02Dec2017 YYZ-RUH connecting with SV804/03Dec2017 RUH-DAC.
    I have only 2 pieces of baggage to check in:
    One carton containing a wheelchair only; dimensions: 36″+38″+13″=87″, weight: 31 Kg.
    Another carton containing a walker only; dimensions: 10.5″+25″+32.5″=68″, weight: 10 Kg.
    I understand the cartons exceed the baggage allowance in terms of dimension and/or weight.
    I submit that I am prepared to pay for the extra dimensions and weights, and that I need to carry the 2 pieces for medical reasons.
    I understand from your website that B787-9 and B777 (that operate on these sectors) may accommodate these dimensions and that you have some scope to allow similar-sized sport equipment.
    I request your consideration to allow me to check-in these two cartons of mine for medical reasons.
    Please give me your best advice in this regard.

    I had a reservation from JFK to Dhaka on June 25, 2018 by Saudia Airlines. My itinerary # is 7332710259143. On May 12, 2018 I talked to Saudia Airlines for cancellation my reservation and refund my money and on May 13, 2018 I talked to an agent of Travelocity.com about the same issue. He told me that Travelocity will send a mail to me. Getting no email. I again on May 29, 2018 talked to an agent and he also told the same. Neither I nor Sk. Firoj (Who’s email in your list) got any email regarding my refund. Could you please check the matter and take necessary step to refund my money?
