I had travelled by Shandong Airlines SC8830 from Delhi to Guangzhou on 19 Jan 2018. My e-tkt no. is 324-5127261409. Unfortunately, I had misplaced my boarding card for this journey. I requested the customer care at Shandong Airlines office in Connaught Place for a travel certificate as required as a proof of travel for office record. Surprisingly, they refused to be of any assistance and asked me to speak to the airport manager of Shandong Airlines. It is now over a week since I contacted him and am not getting a proper response. Unfortunately, the said person is not even taking calls nor responding to request mails.
I have been a patron of Shandong Airlines and have always chosen it over other airlines. It is highly unfortunate to receive this kind of treatment from the very patronized airline and fail to understand what could be the issue for not servicing such a request. I believe this is not at all an issue for any other airline globally and such certificate is provided in a matter of minutes or hours upon request. Hope, somebody from the airline is able to assist me in getting the travel certificate as there is no airline weblink or customer care number apart from the single number of a small ticketing office in Connaught Place, New Delhi.

fter custom cabin baggage check @ gate number 75.
The date and time when I left the packet there is :27 May 2018,Time :around 10:30 AM..Connecting flight for SC 8827.
I have attached my boarding pass for your reference.The details of the packet are as under:

I had travelled by Shandong Airlines SC8830 from Delhi to Qingdao via Kunming on 26 August 2019. My ticket number is 3249440719845. During transition at Kunming they took my stamped boarding pass (Delhi to Kunming) and they given me new boarding pass (Kunming to Qingdao). So i need travelling proof from Delhi to Kunming on 26/08/2019. Please provide the travelling certificate of above mentioned flight details for accounting purpose.

This ticket was booked wrongly by your company as her name shows DIVYA D/O RAJKUMAR SAHARAN , in Passport (copy attached).
My family & my daughter mentally harassed and financially Loss due to your booking mistake .
Your reputed company didn’t any help me.
