H Class

Fare Type: Refundable

Cancellation Fees:

• 10% of the fare if cancelled 12 hours or more before flight departure time.
• 33% of the fare if cancelled between 4 and 12 hours before flight departure time.
• 100% of fare if cancelled less than 4 hours before flight departure time.

Cancellation after any reschedule:

• 33% of the fare if cancelled more than 4 hours before flight departure time and 100% of fare if cancelled less than 4 hours before flight departure time.

First Reschedule Fees: 

• 4 hours or more before flight departure time: Free two times
• Less than 2 hours before flight departure time: Not Allowed

Subsequent Reschedule Fees

• 4 hours or more before flight departure time: NPR 200
• Less than 2 hours before flight departure time: Not Allowed

I Class

Fare Type: Refundable

Cancellation Fees

• 25% of the fare if cancelled 12 hours or more before flight departure time.
• 50% of the fare if cancelled between 4 and 12 hours before flight departure time.
• 100% of fare if cancelled less than 4 hours before flight departure time.

Cancellation after any reschedule

• 50% of the fare if cancelled more than 4 hours before flight departure time
• 100% of fare if cancelled less than 4 hours before flight departure time.

Reschedule Fees

• 4 hours or more before flight departure time: Free one time
• Less than 2 hours before flight departure time: Not Allowed

Subsequent Reschedule Fees

• 4 hours or more before flight departure time: NPR 200
• Less than 2 hours before flight departure time: Not Allowed

B Class

Fare Type: Refundable

Cancellation Fees

• 50% of the fare if cancelled 12 hours or more before flight departure time.
• Non-Refundable if cancelled within 02 to 12 hours before flight departure time.

Cancellation after any reschedule:

• 100% of the fare if cancelled at any time.

Reschedule Fees

• 4 hours or more before flight departure time: NPR 200
• Less than 2 hours before flight departure time: Not Allowed
• Refund in case of denied boarding

E Class

Fare Type: Non-Refundable

Cancellation Fees

• Tickets Non-refundable upon cancellation.
• Only PSC fare will be refunded.

Reschedule Fees

• 4 hours or more before flight departure time: NPR 400
• Less than 2 hours before flight departure time: Not Allowed

S Class

Fare Type: Non-Refundable

Cancellation Fees:

• Tickets Non-refundable upon cancellation. Only PSC fare will be refunded.

Reschedule Fees:

• 4 hours or more before flight departure time: NPR 400
• Less than 2 hours before flight departure time: Not Allowed

T Class

Fare Type: Non-Refundable

Cancellation Fees

• Tickets Non-refundable upon cancellation. Only PSC fare will be refunded.

• 4 hours or more before flight departure time: NPR 400
• Less than 2 hours before flight departure time: Not Allowed

USD Fare

• Cancellation / Reschedule Fees: As per Fare Class bought

Infant Fare

• Infant under the age of 24 months will be charged 10% of H Fare on a non-seat travel.
• A valid document with birth date must be presented for check in.

Child Fare

• Child between the ages of 2 years and 12 years will be charged 67% of H Fare.
• A valid document with birth date must be presented for check in.

Resident Fare for Foreigners

Foreigners living in Nepal with a valid non-tourist visa issued at least six months before travel date will be entitled to “Resident Fare”.
