This is my worst experience with any airlines travel. I am traveling from Coimbatore to SFO via Singapore (flights MI8419 and SQ32)
I have been trying since yesterday to do a web check-in and I have been going around in circles. If you go to silkair.com to check-in, it redirects you to singaporeair.com and when you try to do a check-in from there, it shows the message: “Check in at our partner airline’s website or counter. As your first departing flight is operated by our partner airline, we’ll not be able to process your check-in on our partner airline’s behalf.” So I am going around in a loop here.
I have tried contacting all the numbers available on the internet for the Coimbatore Silk Air office. None of the below numbers are responding.

I sent an email to [email protected] and again there’s no response.
Even the number listed on this page “91-8220100033” says it’s either switched off or out of network coverage area.
Then I contacted Silk Air Chennai office and they said that there is no Silk Air flight from Coimbatore it is Scoot. Then I contacted Scoot customer care and they said the flight is SilkAir and not Scoot. I am not able to find my flight and I am not able to check-in either. I am totally frustrated with this process.
