Silkair damaged my guitar on a recent flight (13 May). I have tried to contact your offices frequently via the phone number provided by the airport with no luck. I tried again by phone today (12 June) with still no answer. I have prepared a full letter (email) and photos to request compensation from Singapore directly. Please provide a name, phone number, and email of someone either in Phnom Penh or Singapore who can authorize payment to me to replace my damaged guitar. Thank you.

And when at around 10-12.00hrs. There was a woman called me my friend Mr. Micheal Nicholas (Prabina Rai, facebook profile name) has some problems that I really don’t know what was going onSo I askedIss Thinnest Lunching, her name I knew later that I needed to talk to my friend
Then my friend told he was detained in the detention room at Panohmpehn Airport
They said he was detained by “Yellow Tag” we don’t know what is it
My friend Micheal Nicholas, Peanuts Raining, said he was asked to pay the company 105000thai baht and they want more, 45000baht that wanted to send to ThinnLicnhhong Western Union Money
I feel it is not normal situation anymore
My friend said before he would take and buy a ticket from Cambodia to Bangkok. He has no idea why his credit card wasn’t working to buy a ticket at the airport and why he was determined in the detention room For what wrong he was against (I don’t understand why people on duty for detention room don’t let Micheal Nicholas, or Prabina Rai, talk to the Consul Office or the embassy to get help I just can’t help my friend Why I am asking you guys ladies and gentlemen from SilkAir, that Micheal Nicholas took flight from Singapore aimed just to wait and buy ticket flight form Phanompehn to Bangkok
I don’t know what to do But asking you to check out the true situation with Mr. Micheal Nicholas
