    Hi SIA baggage claim customer service manager,

    My booking reference : L78XBB
    Departed from KLIA on 1 Dec and arrived at Wellington on 2 Dec after transit at SIngapore Changi Airport and Brisbane Airport.

    Very disappointing to say that our kids stroller and 1 of our checked luggage didnā€™t arrive. The baggage contains my clothing, kids clothing, shoes and snacks/ food for my children to enjoy throughout our 14 days here in New Zealand.

    The stroller was handed to KLIA Officer before entering to aircraft at KLIA and we were informed that can be collected upon stepping out plane at Changi Airport. Upon arrival at Changi airport, we were then informed that stroller has been checked in by the officer and delivered straight to Brisbane and to be collected upon stepping out plane. To our surprise, the stroller didnā€™t appear upon stepping out plane at Brisbane and we were again been told that ā€œit can be collected at Wellington Airportā€.

    Finally we have arrived at Wellington and the stroller didnā€™t appear and we were again shocked by the fact that 1 of our checked baggage went missing!!

    This is my first experience with SIA and first time to New Zealand and it is very disappointing experience. We have arrived at Wellington and left with no changing clothes and myself and my 2 kids. We were deeply saddened and disappointed by this mishandling of baggage.

    My husband has lodged missing baggage claim at Wellington airport. I sincerely hope that SIA can assist soonest.

    The stroller is grey-ish colour McLaren Brand.
    The baggage is large black Delsey soft cover luggage. 4 wheels. No defects on the luggage as this is a brand new luggage. My flight details as follow:
