I traveled from SIngapore to Penang on Saturday 15th September on Silk Air flight SQ 5308 departing at 7pm. I was seated in 14D. When I returned home to Sydney I discovered that my noise cancelling headphones were missing. I was wondering if they were found in the aircraft.
Headphones were Plantronics BackBeat Pro in a soft black case. Also in the case was a white emergency battery for mobile phones.

My wife and I travelled on Silkair flight (SQ 5055) at 17:50 on the 20th July 2019. I was in seat 09F. I left my iPhone in the Silkair book rack on the seat in front of me. It must have fallen to the bottom of where all of the safety brochures are.

I have reported it and received and answer that it was not found.
I was the last person off the plane and the Flight Attendant was checking seats and was three seats away from mine and ‘ it was not found ‘.
I find that very strange – who is being dishonest.
Please can you check again. My seat was C6 and I left it on the seat next to me which was empty on the flight. If it does not turn up I can only presume the Flight Attendant kept it for herself.
i would like to follow up with my damaged baggage claim. Two of my luggage were seriously damaged during my flight from hong kong to medan-indonesia (flight no.SQ857-MI238) on 3rd August 2019, i have already fillied in a property irregularity report (PIR) on spot (ref no. DPR KNOMI10866), the staff there told me that i could claim the luggage here in hong kong, where and how could i claim it?

I left a package in Vietnam DaNang airport on Tuesday morning and it has been located by security. I flew with Silk air and have been told by my Vietnamese travel agent to contact you regarding getting the package back. It has no label on it, it was a duty free package that I purchased in Danang before travelling. I know the exact contents. The security will not release the package to anyone but you as the airline.
