SilkAir(Singapore) Private Limited founded in 1976 (as Tradewinds Charters). It is a regional airline with its head office in Airline House in Singapore;previously it was on the fifth storey of the SIA Superhub in Singapore. Such poor telephone …either give reliable numbers or pick the phone.. such a reputed airline company not looking their standard in India
Never expected this kind of poor customer care. Try to contact the Kochi office via telephone, no one answering or ? outdated phone numbers. Terrible to see such irresponsible attitude from a world class airline

Very shoddy customer service . Phone keeps on ringing and some one disconnects it after some time .

Are you silk air Kochi office jokers? You have provided customer number and we call any days and many times, it ask as “please press 0 to connect” and when press 0, it ring one time and disconnects. Are you making customer a fool?
Pls don’t do this rubbish and pls help the customers query about changing dates etc etc.
Otherwise give us another number to call and contact smoothly.
If not, we will complain about this to higher authroities or else never buy silk air tickets.
