  1. I have had a long list of problems with Sky Airlines since trying to check-in for my flight yesterday. First, every link they sent me for fee payment didn’t work, so they told me to pay the fee and check in at Miami airport before my flight today (December 31st). then, upon my arrival at Miami Airport, the ticketing agent at Miami Airport, around 7:30am this morning, didn’t allow me to check in for my flight because she said that since my USA passport expires in May 2023, I wasn’t able to travel to Chile. I called the US embassy in Chile to confirm what their website says- which is that USA nationals need a passport valid for their length of stay (I have a ticket from SCL to MIA, miami for January 17th, 2023). I have tried for HOURS to patiently resolve this with your customer service representatives, and have been hung up on three times, and they will not let me see the “special issue” case they opened, although the first representative I spoke to said it would be emailed to me. I am extremely upset, and will file a consumer lawsuit and get my embassy involved if I don’t hear from a manager/supervisor from your airline within the day (December 31st, 2022).
