Note: Online Check in starts at 20 minutes (Hong Kong-Macau route and Macau to Shenzhen route), or 30 minutes (Shenzhen to Macau route) before your flight departure time.

MACAU DEPARTURE LOUNGE

1. Macau Maritime Terminal
   Enter the Departure Hall through the 2/F entrance of the Macau Maritime Terminal.
2. Sky Shuttle Ticketing Counter
   Located at the left side of the Departure Hall counter numbers 32-34. Passengers can purchase a helicopter ticket.

   Sky Shuttle Departure Gate
   Located to the right of the Sky Shuttle Ticketing Counter, passengers can collect their pre-booked ticket.

   Immigration Counter
   After going through the departure gate, please approach to the special access channel on the left for the Immigration formalities.

5.  

   Lift to Sky Shuttle Passenger Lounge
   After Immigration, please follow the signage and take the lift after entering the blue doors (beside the Duty Free Shop) to the passenger lounge on 3/F.

6.  

   Sky Shuttle Passenger Lounge
   Relax and enjoy the complimentary food and beverage at the Passenger Lounge. Our staff will escort you to the helipad for boarding. Thank you for flying with Sky Shuttle!
