SNAP Package (AirAsia): How to Book a Flight, Hotel & Room?

What is SNAP Package?

It is a convenient way to purchase a flight, hotel room and hotel related add ons under one booking reference number (“SNAP”).

How to Book a Flight / Hotel / Room through “Snap” package?

1. Visit airasia.com homepage
2. Click on “SNAP” (Flight/Hotel)
3. Enter your from / to date of your journey
4. Select your flight time/date
5. Select your hotel / room
6. Choose the no. of Guests / Rooms
7. Then “Continue”.

NOTE:

• If your travel dates are more than 2 nights, there will be a checkbox ‘Select different days for your hotel on your trip’ appears
• Tick on the checkbox if you wish to select different hotel check-in dates from your flight dates
• Continue to select your desired hotel check-in dates (At least a minimum of 2 nights)

How to use SNAP App for Room / Hotel / Flight Bookings?

SNAP Booking and Purchase Process

1. SNAP is available to the general public and all transactions on the Platform are completed, handled, processed and collected in Malaysia.
2. You have to contact customer service for inquiries.
3. When payment is confirmed, you’ll receive an email of your “Flight Itinerary” and a “Hotel Booking Confirmation”.
4. You’ve to to check your purchase details and inform if any of the details correction immediately.
5. Please agree and acknowledge that certain flights may be subject to the applicable visa requirements, which you shall be responsible to obtain.
6. Then check with the local laws of the country you are traveling from, into, over or transiting, for such visa requirements.
7. Hotel Package offered via SNAP are strictly subject to availability.

How to Cancel of SNAP Package?

• Hotel package booked through SNAP can’t be changed or canceled and non-refunded.

How to get Refund of SNAP Package?

• If you want to claim for a refund, you’ve to stay and the total amount paid in respect of the Hotel Package will be forfeited.
• Cancellation fee for voluntary cancellation of your SNAP booking will also be charged.
• If any AirAsia Flights are cancelled (or) changed , you’ll be refunded by way of a Credit for both AirAsia Flight booking and Hotel Package.
• If Other Airlines was cancelled / changed, you’ll be refund back to your original payment method for the Hotel Package while the refund for your flight booking with the Other Airline is subject to the Other Airline’s refund policy.
