My luggage has gone missing between SA and Hong Kong

I was on a business trip in China and had booked a companion return ticket on Friday the 8th November from Hong Kong back to South Africa
I had an accident whilst on my business trip and hurt my leg severely – to a point where i needed a wheelchair to get around. As a result of this – i had to return earlier from my trip without my companion on the 8th November
I contacted Anna at your SAA offices in Hong Kong to help arrange the change of flight to the 6th November and i would just like to commend Anna with the outstanding service i received from her – from co-ordinating the arrangements – to keeping me updated with communication received from the JHB SAA office – she managed to change my flight. It was an absolute pleasure to deal with Anna and i would like for her to be commended for her service
When i got to Hong Kong airport – i arranged with Eric on duty at the SAA counters to assist with my wheelchair and luggage. Eric swiftly arranged porters for me and the service i received from the check in counter to the aircraft was beyond exemplary. Service like this from your Hong Kong SAA offices – really makes me proud to be a Lifetime Platinum Traveller (Voyager 153380)

I am aware that there will be no flights flying from Hong Kong to Johannesburg until the 14th of December. Below is my flight details. Would this affect me?
