Just now I got the message from airline that my flight has been rescheduled for night 22.00 -23.55
Since I am an old lady 72yrs cannot arrive night 12 o’clock at mumbai. Hence in order to cancel my ticket I clicked at change option link. But the link is not opening and customer care also not responding. Please help

Very poor in handling the delays
Useless customer care service, flight to Delhi Sg8108 first delayed by 3 hrs, then further 45 mins. On being asked your officer on duty on luggage counter assured us to wait at gate no 16 we will be served complimentary meals. But to our surprise no spicejet employee is visible even to offer a glass of water to the stranded/ depressed passengers. I am going to raise this issue at all the appropriate levels. You are increasing dissatisfaction among the people about your misleading claims. It is now 11 pm and flight is at 1.35 a.m.
Sir last 11th march am booked flight from tuticorin to chennai…(PNR:RDU9VT)(SG3594)…but flight cancelled due to oprerationalal problem…but my fare amount doest not return to my account…..now date 20th.spice jet tuticorin airport manager told to me within 5 to 7 days return the money in your account so dont worry…but till time haven’t received my payment…so am goes legally…ok
I was booked a ticket Chennai to Ahmedabad at 04/10/2021 total 7 passengers. At the booking time I was selected my seet number also. Then I was payment for that particular seet. Now flight time is 10 mins Prepon. But now I cheak my pnr status they ask again seat salection payment
Spicejet in Chennai has worst customer service, avoid spicejet.
Hi, this is my first time with Spicejet. I am extreemly disappoined with them. There is no coustmer care at all. I was googling and calling to many numbers including corporate office today almost 4 hours of trying. Hell. Some are switched off, orthers are machines, a few others number does not exit. Never never never would I recommand to anyone ever. I have even emailed a complaint, waiting. They have totally lost in coustomer care priority.
