Dear Sir/Madam
I flew on the above flight on 6th November 2022 to Singapore from Katunayake airport. Due to the delay of Sri Lankan airline, I missed the connecting flight to Sydney, which caused me extreme stress.
SL airline flight delay is not my fault, it is the airline which should pay me compensation for losing both my check in luggage.
When questioned from other involved airlines I was told my luggage went missing from Katunayake airport. It means my luggage never left SL airport.
Could you please check the surveillance cameras asap to find the culprit, if not what happened to my luggage?
It seems someone had targeted both my luggage and we must find the thief to avoid further burglaries.
Though I am a citizen of New Zealand, I was born in Sri Lanka and I love my country. Please help me locate both my luggage with immediate effect before my colleagues publish this issue on international media to give a bad reputation to my motherland. I hate to contribute in a negative way.
I was promoting SL tourism among my friends, colleagues and in the community in New Zealand and now I am disappointed with what happened to me.
Please send us the camera footages to locate where, when and how my luggage went missing in Sri Lanka.
