Sir, today (10 Nov 2018), I goes to dammam airport to send off my frnd, usually we are using srilankan airways for the best customer caring but this time I’m very disappointed with you. We used to pick the 43’inch TV but they aren’t allowed my frnd, after that I knows the maximum limit is 42inch, ok I agreed, I asked them for special permission if there any way please allow me I’ll pay additional fees legally but they behave very rudely… They didn’t respond, such a irrespective speech.. now we decided we don’t want to travel with you… We wouldn’t use your airlines in future…

    Sir,
Yesterday (10 aug 2019) i am not allowed to go to india even i had a flight ticket.
One of your guy told that the e-ticket is booked using american express card and you have to produce the credit card holder with card.
The person who helped me is my colleague and presently he is in india for vaction.
Then i called him by through at the same time at dammam airport, he sent all the transanctions with my ticket details.
I showed all the informations to your airport guys and denied.
I am upset due to cancellation of trip and return back to my
    room.
My clarification is that if you have any clarification , why issued the ticket or otherwise send the details about further requirments to my mobile id or contact to my mobile prior to departure.
I am frequently using srilankan airlines sice from 2011 and now i am thinking to re consider.
Your guys not at all providing detailed required information and don’t have helping tendency.
So, immediately i sent the mail to your customer service to cancell my ticket and to be reimburse the amount.
The conclusion is that srilankan customer service at inside airport is need to be improved and further lost my this eid vacation with my family.
When iam producing all the information to your guys , nobody is interested to see and no positive approach.
I think it is possible to go and may be purposely your guys not allowed me.

It is very disturbing to know that there is no one to answer the telephone on the given Dammam telephone number 0138822136. This is a time we Sri Lankans are anxious to know developments regularly to get back to our loved ones. Whom can we ask other than the Sri Lankan Office for flight information. In these very difficult period please serve the nation.
