Same as me: tried several times.. no chance to Resch anyone … HOTLINE : always connected to varios people not being able to speak propper English and very Bad connection… would Never ever recommend this Airline

The Aviareps office does actually work, they just can’t answer even basic baggage policy questions and point you to the airport office – of which they have only the contact numbers from the airport website that are all wrong. Seems like SL Airlines is making a good effort to be unreachable š
