The SriLankan airlines attitude of not informing the passengers of the cancelation of the flight tickets or inability to provide the ticket for the travel plan , is unacceptable. They had given me a very bad surprise when they refused to issue boarding passes to me along with three other passengers, on the 27th of November 2021, stating there was issue with bubble arrangement and Oman Air ticket would not be entertained by the Sri Lankan airways. We had suffered great loss in terms of money and had great stress in trying to cancel the flight ticket at the last moment from the airport and in trying to find alternate plans to fly to destinations. During this COVID times it amounts to a harrowing experience.
