    Hi I’m Nisha Paul
    I’m traveling from cochi to Melbourne on 21st jan. With my kids basil n angel. I took emergency tickets on dec 1st due to my father in law’s sickness n he’s in ICU post operatively and had cardiac arrest and finally was on ventilator support. So I paid higher cost. 1700dollars for one tickets. Is there any chance to get some discount on my tickets. Then when I’m going back we haven’t got any hotel accommodations or any complimentary food. Especially my daughter doesn’t like your sandwich when we’re flying from cochi to Colombo. It’s very hard to wander around with kids over there.

    I was supposed to travel to Sri Lanka on a flight departing Melbourne today Monday the the 13th of May.
    However, the wife had become so frightened to do so because of the recent terrorist attacks, instead of traveling we had decided to cancel the flights. Accordingly, I went down to The Booking Agent, Skyways Travel Agents in Dandenong and cancelled the flights.
    That was two weeks ago to the day. It was then I supplied my bank account details to allow the refund to go through.
    When I handed the tickets back in I was told because of the aforesaid reason (the attacks) there would not be a cancellation fee applicable, but only the Agents Fee itself would apply. An amount of $50.00, which I agreed to forfeit.
    Since then, I have heard nothing whatsoever from anyone. Either from Sri Lankan airlines or the Travel Agent itself, about where I stand in relation to the cancellation/refund.
    I have rang the Agents a couple of times and all I have been told is there has been a lot of cancellations, and they are still waiting to hear from the airlines
    Nevertheless, when I contact the airlines Customer Service Centre I am told I have to go through the Booking Agent. I rang the Agent who told me to call back later on in the day. Instead of waiting for hours to call back I went down to the Booking Agents Office personally.
    Once again, they have told me they are were waiting on the airlines, and it was not them who were causing the delay in issuing the refund… Consequently, they were unable to tell me anything at all.
    To this date (13th May) I am still in the dark as far as any sort of information is concerned with respect to a time frame for the refund to come through.
    As I am now without my due and payable refund, I am also missing out on any interest entitlements should I have already had the money deposited back into the bank. As a result, this is now beginning to affect me financially.
    Please rectify this problem ASAP. And issue the refund.

    All I want is the phone no. of your Melbourne Australia Office to discuss (before it is too late) to “Cancel A Cancellation & Refund” Request, whereby the refund has not been credited back into my credit card account as of today 17/06/19, to a “Change of Itinerary” Date. The Cancellation was due to the organisers (David de Harpe – a Sri Lankan Medical Specialist & his wife Jenni) cancelling a private 14 X Day Tour of Sri Lanka for a Group of 24 People from Mon 1st July to Sun 14th July, 2019, but we have the opportunity to join a second Group Tour they have organised for 12th August to 26th August 2019.
    I have sent an email to reservations, bookings & [email protected] regarding my current situation, but to no avail or response form Sri Lankan Airlines.

    FLYSMILES CLASSIC i HAVE been trying very very unsuccessfully for the last 2 to 3 weeks to “find out where my classic
    card/baggage tags are and why i havent received them – since they left your Colombo Office on 22nd May 2019.
    I was an EMIRATES SILVER CARD HOLDER and moved to Sri Lankan and am rather dissulusioned with the adminstrative service
    because in spite of around 8 calls to Colombo and around 10 calls to your local office – am still “holding my breath” for the items.

    Why cannot your service be improved or is this just a “reflection of how business is done by Sri Lankan?

    I am travelling by Srilankan airlines in December on the 18th. from Melbourne to Kochi. Ref No: 6IK8WY.
    I have 19 hour transit at Colombo and have booked the transit hotel in Colombo.
    I heard that there is restriction on transit time in Colombo. Can you confirm and what do I do with the booking.
    I have not received any official information from Srilankan airlines.

    Very poor service. There offices are closed and no one is answering there phones. The funniest thing is Sri Lankan staff don’t know whether their offices are open or not.pathetic

    Hi I requested a refund after discussing my optionm s with your Customer Service today for my EMD receipts for flights booked for July 2020.

    Your customer service person advised a refund for the credits was possible and that she would email me the refund form to a email
    address that I provided.

    I am still awaiting the email with this form could you please email as soon as possible.
