    I submitted my ‘Frequent Traveler’ application at Sri Lankan Air office on presumably, Saturday the 2nd of December 2017, when I came to this office to purchase extra luggage to travel to Sri Lanka on December 29th. It’s been more than 5 months now and yet I have not been informed about the registration at all or issued with a membership number. I travel twice or thrice a year and I shall be traveling again shortly. I am afraid I have to hold you responsible for all the loses, in terms of the travelling miles and the gains in terms of extra kilos I have already lost and also bound to lose in the future.

    Hi,

    I am Dilan C. Koralage and we ( me and my wife) have scheduled to fly with Sri Lankan Airlines on 31-05-2021 .Please, refer the aforementioned booking references and update me about my baggage allowance details as only 30 kgs are shown in both air tickets as baggage allowance ( from Muscat to Colombo).
    Both tickets was booked by my company and they confirmed that 40kg baggage allowance was shown in the system when they booked the ticket.
