        On your website it show that if your wait period is more than 8 hours between 2 Sri Lankan airplanes so airline provide transit hotel to them so I want to know that I am travelling with my 1 year old from Sydney to Karachi in Sri Lankan airline and I have 20 hours wait at Colombo airport. How I book transit hotel there

      Hi ,
      my wife flew with SriLankan Airlines last month from Sydney to Bangalore, she had a very bad experience we have been traveling to India for past 22 years, this is first and disaster experience with the Airlines.
      First complaint Horrible food, water was given half glass, she has asked them twice couldn’t ask more, she was a bit embarrassed.
      how much does the bloody 60 ml water costs? staff is not friendly either.
      My work colleagues said exactly the same thing, there was no other line flying to India then now all Malaysian, Thai, and Singapore are flying now.
      Management please advise your staff to look after their passengers and provide them decent meals with a water bottle.
      Experience is very important for every passenger, I hope management reads this letter and takes action appropriately.
      My wife is disgusted with your staff and Airline, overall she had horrible experience.

    Hi,
    I have booked my flights from Sydney to Mumbai on the 18th Mar and return on 7-8Apr.
    My airline booking number is: 5FJC21(UL), KIOLRX(QF). eTicket Number is: 6033986450919/20.
    The itinerary from Sydney to Mumbai has stop over at Singapore and Colombo and the flight from Sydney to Singapore is operated by Qantas Airways (UL3371,QF081).
    I want to know if my baggage will be checked-in in all the way until Mumbai. The reason i ask is i wont be able to collect baggage at Singapore if it get offloaded as i will be on transit and dont have any Singapore visa to cross immigration, collect my bags and re-checkin.
    I already called Srilankan Airlines baggage services on +611300853081, but they could not give me a confirmed answer. I even tried to reach Qantas since UL3371 is operated by Qantas, but they also told me to contact Srilankan airlines.
    Can you please confirm ASAP?
