    I saw on a web page then swiss air allows pet in cabins on international flights. Is this accurate?
    if yes is there any departures from NZ or Fiji.

    Have booked a round trip to Europe next year. We may choose to change one flight from our itinerary, and if so, wish to cancel the flight rather than being a no show customer.
    What is the period before flying, Swiss Air allows for cancellation, therefore saving rest of our return itinerary.

    The website helpfully tells me that the contact number in Auckland is an 0800 number.
    The Swiss helpline in Switzerland cannot resolve my query, and tells me I have to contact the NZ office.
    The problem is that one cannot telephone an 0800 free number in NZ if you are callling from overseas.
    Can you please show the Swiss office in Auckland’s landline number on the website ?!

    Hello Customer Care,

    I sincerely hope you can help us. We have a booking where the last flight (on Swiss) has been cancelled and rebooked for later the same day (was LX1248 on 06/04/2020 and is now LX1250 on 06/04/2020) and this change means that our onward travel from Stockholm is invalid as we arrive too late. We would like to change the flight to LX1250 on 05/04/2020 instead please. Our problem is that we have been advised that only the booking travel agency can make this change but the agencies telephones are “dead” and they do not respond to emails (there are hundreds of complaints on Twitter and complaints have been made to ABTA in the UK regarding this travel agent). We are currently in Auckland NZ and depart from here on the 31st March. The record locater (PNR) is RQATDE.

    Good morning Can you tell me that my travel credit (L3VUQS) will still be available to me in full when Flight Center go into liquidation. I think I am on good legal ground her and I am prepared to go that far .     Really need help.
    We are flying to the uk on the 6th of April. Booked with Swiss Air 8 mths ago. First leg……Auck-HongKong, no problem. Second leg HK to Manchester has been cancelled. Now stuck in HK for 3 weeks unless Swiss Air help. There is another Swiss air flight operating under Lufthansa . Can it be possible to transfer our tickets?
