Dear Swiss Air,
We would like to fly from Bangkok to Basel on July 19, 2019. We want to know if the checked baggage on the airplane is automatically transferred by Swiss Air from the airplane (Bangkok to Zurich -SWISS) to the train (Zurich to Basel – operated by Swiss Railway). We noticed that the Flight Tickets inlcude the Train Ticket.
Or
Do we have to move the luggage from the airplane to the Train by ourselves?
Thank you
Oddy
I am trying to find if there is a way to rebook flights. I can not online even though my eticket starts 724. I am flying to Zurich Apr 2 and may want to reschedule because of COVID-19. I can not find a telephone number to call in Thailand. You only have numbers for baggage services and a fax (does anyone use a fax anymore?). Please provide a telephone number I can call in Thailand to discuss bookings.
I have sent email to contactthailand@swiss.com on 13/03 and understand that you could not reply. I resent today for enquirer of flights to Zurich e,g, end of Mai / early June. We want to support Swiss as first priority as we fly with your company for 50 years and we prefer to correspond via email. If above email is wrong, kindly provide the correct one for the Bangkok office, many thanks, Robert and Helga Jaermann

Due to covid19 and the temporarily closing of Bangkok international airport do you have more info about the flight departing from Bangkok on 2 or 3 or 4 of June (LX181). If the flight is cancelled could I get a full refund or voucher or departs another day

I want to return one week later than booked IE not 08 Dec but 15 Dec (on the same flights) LHR/ZRH/HKT and understand that I will need to pay approx. THB 11,000 additional fee. Your website will not allow me to make the change and pay for it on my credit card !!!! It tells me the reason is the your “website has a technical problem”.
Please contact me to make this change asap
I would like to know when I check in if I have to present a valid PCR test or Antigen test, I cannot find any information, I am booked on a flight To AMS with a transit in Zurich on 16 march, since it’s a flight by night I have to get the test in time before, If wanted, I’m fully Vaccinated, with regards Andreas
