    hello Swiss
    I am very concerned and disappointed with the Admin and Ticketing service from SWISS.
    I cannot speak to anyone who can do the necessary for an upgraded ticket to be sorted out.
    I have spoken with 6 agents in the South Pacific call centre… all very amicable and assure me of resolution within 24 hours… it is now 11 days since the date was changed and the hold up seems to be with credit card verification????
    it is 2018 is it not possible for Swiss to let me pay on a platform which then asks me to verify the transaction?
    alternatively, I will drive to the airport to physically do the transaction on their machine.
    PLEASE, this is VERY URGENT as our daughter is to fly home on 31st July..

    Am very disappointed on the customer check in desk,about to check in,to Dublin, from CAPE TOWN, I hv all the required documents,even the person who is inviting me, was available to on the fone,no body body to listen to him,the return me back,wth no explanation why was the reason for that,and I don’t get any number to call to complain,just to knw what they need,I had return ticket,accomodation,bank statement, cash on hands,copy of a an Passport for the person who is inviting me ,,,the 2 ladies,they left me on the counter wthout explanation,

    They don’t answer the telephone. And then say to go online. But when I go online, I am unable to change one leg of my journey.
    I would like to be on a later flight from Zurich to London. I am currently leaving Cape Town on the 27th January arriving in Zurich at 0610. And then I’m on the 0710 flight to London. Is it possible to change the Zurich- London leg to leave much later in the day.?

    I are unable to contact Swiss Air aside from a call center with a different agent every single time who does not help at all and just keeps referring us to the call center.
    We were unable to fly in December 2021 on Swiss Air due to the omicron variant prohibiting us from entering Switzerland as South Africans. Swiss Air has refunded (without our approval) less than 1% of the cost of the flights! We want to re book the flights not refund them. They were re bookable tickets with the rebookable code included as per your website.
    Please can someone contact me. This is VERY bad service from Swiss Air!
