Hi i canceled my business class ticket and did a refund request. But i´m not sure about my E-ticket nr 7242324822470-71 so my first request
i wrote 7242324822470 on all 5 flights. But when i start thinking, maybe i should write 7242324822471 on the 3 flights home.So i did a new request with the 2 flights from Sweden to Bangkok 7242324822470 and the 3 flights home with 7242324822471. I´m not used with this cind of matter, so i hope i did right.

Was trying to get contact with the service center on phone, but it’s not working. The call is disconnect immediately, without having talked to a person who can help me. Have tried, without success to refund my flight from Stockholm Arlanda to Faro via Zurich who was canceled Friday the 15th of July. My wife Maria Härdelin’s ticket has been refunded but not my ticket. The ticket number I have is this 7242326586143, and it is for the wife but not for me. This ticket is for the rebooking you made until Monday, July 18th. So how do I get my trip refunded and also paid for the hotel night we had to take, I have a receipt from the hotel but do not know how to get this also refunded.
