    we had a very bad experience with Taag Airlines at Cape Town International Airport on Wednesday 26 April 2023.
    I have lodged a complaint on the same day with a live chat on Taag Airlines and since have had no feedback whatsoever.

    we were at the airport very early and checked in our bags, we were in the Airport, however were called and advised that we needed to come to the boarding gates, we informed the supervisor that we were on our way – we rushed ( very busy passports control etc ). when we got to the boarding gate is was exactly boarding closing time, the supervisor at the gate refused to let us go on, the pilot or someone from the plane phoned her whilst we were standing there and she refused to inform him that we were there, she insisted that we were still late, we missed our flight, connecting flight and all other arrangements – the team at the boarding gate were laughing at us and it was purely a act of spite. We had to book new tickets as well as penalty for a so called “no show” however spoke to numerous persons on the airport ( Verona / Bernadette ) and they have watched the footage and could see that however not early but on time at the boarding gate, the stairs etc on the plane was still attached and people were still getting on.

    My husband and I begged them to let us on, but she refused and ignored us. laughing at us whilst leaving.

    I need to get a reference number in order for Verona to investigate this matter and bring justice to this unfair treatment from Taag staff.
    The live chat that I was involved in on the evening of the 26th of April on your Taag website have dissapeard and I have no history.

    we have also logged a complaint on the same day – right after missing our flight at your offices on the airport and this should by on the flight information – if you can please get back to me with a reference and the way forward, I would appreciate it.
