Hi,
Why do you have a contact centre if you are not available for any services or calls? Why don’t you process customer’s requests or complaints in a timely manner? If you have an issue with the english language, please outsource the service to India or to other countries where customers could receive the services they need. Thai airways contact centre is totally useless. I now consider to end my royal silk membership as it is a total joke.
Nobody pick up the phone at number 356 1111. I called at 8am but Only automatic reply which put me on hold for 30 minutes.
When I called 022887000 at 850am someone pick up and transfer my line but put me in hold for 10 minutes.
Can you tell me what kind of service is this?
