There is no Google map reference for your Chiang Mai ticket office
Dear Sirs,
yesterday i visited your office in the center of Chiang Mai. It says office hours 8 – 17 but nobody was there except a waiter who could not explain anything. There is also no sign at the doors as to why the office is closed. I have an ongoing flight to Denpasar and would like to confirm my reservation..

The picture is the White Temple in Chiang Rai. Should not been shown on a Chiang Mai reference. Chiang Rai has also an airport!
Question: When will the flights of Thai Airways for Bangkok-Manila resume?
Your website does not show Thai Airways tel/ nos. for your Bangkok head office NOR your provincial offices. When calling your Call Center, the options given are not enough…and when clicking onto the number you choose, the system then says that I clicked the wrong number! How do you expect to get customers with this type of service?
