We need information Thai Airways when restart service from Bangkok to Muscat long time we are waiting for Thai Air line me and my many freinds. Can you inform us starting date

Respected: I would like to your knowledge last night on 01 August 2019 my sister (Albalushi Khair Nisa) and my niece (Mona Abdul Majeed) holding Omani Passport were travelling from Muscat to Pakistan (Karachi) by your flight TG-508 when they reported in check in counter so counter staff not accepted them the reasons told that you cannot travel to Pakistan (due holding one way Ticket) so how it possible that passenger have 2 or 5 years visa and airline not accept them they always travelling from Muscat to Pakistan by Oman Air, PIA, Emirate ect so what travel by Thai airway it not airline policy many time people travelled with holding one way ticket Muscat to Pakistan by your TG flight if any airline policy please reply me , One way ticket only not required for only One two or three month visa if any passenger have 2 or 5 years visa so how can it possible your flight off load them,
