I have a problem to call Thai Airways KL ticketing office currently for these 2 days because no one is answering my call. I was calling general line and check for this reason, noticed that there are supposedly 2 stuffs are working to serve customers however my call never been picked up for 2 days.

It very disturbing in this day and age, TG is not reachable for reservation or rebooking of flights, since the start of the day the general phone and reservation lines were not reachable. Once I managed to reach them in the afternoon, the automated system has been sending me in circles “Person is engaged, try another extension or press 0 for operator assistance” and once you press 0, the system says, “Operator us busy, press the extension you wish to contact……….” This has been going in circles for the whole day.
Operator does not seem to exist and I’ve tried all extensions and till now there’s no way I can contact TG on their number. If I can amend my reservation online, I don’t need TG staff’s help. Unfortunately, flight amendments have to be done manually. It’s very frustrating, I hope someone will call me back urgently.
