Hi, I have been trying to contact Thai Lion Airlines via both the hotline number and email for the past month and have yet to receive a reply from any.
This is regarding the refund of flight booking that Thai Lion Air have offered for passengers travelling between 25 March – 30 April 2020 due to Covid-19.

Really difficult to contact Thai lion . I emailed several times for my refund , they ignored me. So bad experience. Call center in Thailand also couldn’t reach. Singapore phone number also difficult to find out.
