    it has been 8 months since you are dealing with my problem and still nothing happened.

    In your last email which was in february you said it will be sorted out but its already may and no reply since.

    I am very disappointed i find it completely unprofessional how in our world as a large airline can deal with costumers.

    Other company would already offer compensation and feel sorry about what happened but your company still don’t want to do anything.

    If the money won’t be on my account in this month then i will take further steps and on every english german and hungarian website i will post my story and people will know how you treat tourist in Tunisia.

Ich hätte nicht gedacht, dass für so eine große Firma, wie Tunisair die Bezahlung von 70 EUR so ein riesiges Problem darstellt. Ich bitte Sie mich nicht länger hinzuhalten, sondern klipp und klar zu sagen, ob sie überhaupt den Betrag bezahlen werden (möchten) oder nicht. Mein Geduld ist am Ende, und wenn ich nicht bald von Ihnen den Betrag von 70 EUR erhalten werde, werde ich die Summe auf rechtlichem Wege einfordern.
