Hello my name is Ebrahim I book a ticket for my brother to fly with Tunis air from Istanbul to Senegal on the 11th November 2021 and it was one stop in Tunisia and then to Senegal same day .A day before he fly you cancelled his flight time from Tunisia the 11th November to the 13th and for 2 days you kept him and other passengers at your airport like animals no correct place to sleep and no food to eat which was promise to them on the phone by your agents. While sleeping roughly in Tunisia Immigration, one of the officers took 100 Euro from him without telling him what it is for, on the departure day flight was to arrived 16:20 to Senegal but was 1hr and 20 mins late to arrived and he has to transit again to Guinea which was not on the ticket and when he finally arrived in Senegal his luggage was missing stolen perhaps in Tunisia containing clothes, shoes etc worth about £400 since then I have been trying to contact your complaint department which dosen’t exist as phone rings and rings no one answer the whole situation is disgraceful and injustice because you are supposed to be a muslim country fear Allah and treat people like you would like to be treated. I am claiming for all the loses and to compensate for the trauma he suffer throught the journey. I have all the evidence to show you if necessary until then I await for your response to this matter.
