    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I, JulijanaBogoevska, lodge this complaint due to an even which had happened to me at the Kemal Ataturk in Istanbul. Namely, even though I had a valid return ticket from Skopje to Istanbul, on 23.12.2018, when I was supposed to go back from Istanbul to Skopje – mu nightmares begun.
    1. I have been deprived of the right to board the plane, although I had a valid return ticket.
    2. 2. I have a right for reimbursement of the second plane ticket.
    3. I have a right for reimbursement for the customer care.
    Further more, even though the monitor at the airport displayed OPEN at 19:30h, after only 10 minutes, at 19:40 it displayed information that it was closed. The passengers were gone, as well as the airport clerks. I was left all alone, hoping that I’ll manage to get onto my flight. At the last desk, I have been informed that I cannot board this plane, but I have to buy new ticket for the next flight scheduled for 08:30, which cost 145 Euro that will be reimbursed. The clerks have asked for my credit card, but returned only 5 Euro. I have been left without any food, water nor accommodation for the entire night.
    The next morning, on 24.12.2018, at 07:30, the gate opened, but there were too many passengers who have been also waiting several days before and who have taken my seat in the plane, due to the cancelled landings in Skopje because of the fog. Later, we have been told that the flight is postponed for 10:30h, but at 09:30 it was displayed that the flight for Skopje has been cancelled. Thus, all of the passengers had been directed to a desk where we got an explanation for the cancelled flight. They have considered my new ticket as a ‘local’, because it was bought in Istanbul.
    I spent an agonizing morning to get back home, returning from the funeral of my sister. All of this came as a new trauma to my misfortune. I finally came onto a clerk willing to help me, who advised me to address my problem from the free-phone box. However, the response I got was that they cannot do anything to help me. The clerk further advised me to lodge this complaint and referred a website to me. In the meantime, I met the rest of the passengers who informed me that they have got vouchers for free food, phone, drink and hotel, while I got nothing again. Thus, I was again additionally exposed to new expenses. I even had to buy a new phone (of 25 Euro) to call back home and office. The international tariff was another additional expense. It turned out that this delay caused an unplanned problem at work.
    Due to all aforementioned, I hereby believe that I have a right to get a reimbursement, because non of these events were not my fault.
    I had an unlimited trust in your company, as a customer with a long family tradition in using your services, until now. This event ruined my trust in your services completely, even ore that this is a large European company, and not a cheap one.
