    Compalaints about Turkish Airlines personal att Accra airport. 20 Jan 2017
    My whife was stopped att the airport and argument with your staff started. It ended up that my wife missed her fligt to Sweden.
    The staff(male one ) was extremely arrogant to my whife-She was taken to a special room thre some sort of bad behavour accurred
    by the male staff.
    It seems that your personal, male ones, can´t take critisim from a woman.My whife was of course very uppset and afraid during the visit in this room.The male staff wanted to show that he was in power and my whife was below his status to take any arguments from her.
    Everything ended up with that she missed the flight to sweden.
    You have to check up your personal in Accra so they can behave in much better way.If a passenger have problem the company should give help instead of a lecture.The company should provide service not behave like some sort of police in bad behavior.
    Now she is stranded in Accra with now money.This bahavior from the personal in Accra is totally wrong.How will pay her ticket to Sweden.Now she also miss her job here in Sweden.We wont compansation for this.

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    Please see attached Evisa and ticket for Mr. Emanuele Fosu.

    I invited my friend Mr. Fosu to join my family in Istanbul for Christmas and I paid for his ticket in London. Mr. Emanuele Fosu applied for E visa to Turkey with a a Ghana passport and was issued with a visa for his holiday. I booked his flight from London with the E visa accepted by my travel agent.

    When he first arrived on the 15th of December 2020 in Accra airport your staff said he was too late to take this flight and re booked him on the 16th December 2020 this afternoon. He has come today to your airport and was not allowed to fly.

    I am shocked that he yet again was told that his E visa is not accepted and that need a shengan visa to Istanbul . I want to know what is the point of a E visa if he can not travel with it?

    I am now in Istanbul waiting for him with my family and want to know why you treat your travelers in this way? I have lost money on this ticket and I cant even see my friend for Christmas. This is not a good way to spend Christmas time and want you to look into allowing him to come to Istanbul for a short holiday.

    Please kindly look into this matter and kindly grant him this travel just for 12 days to spend Christmas with us here in Istanbul. I planned this holiday in the middle of such difficulties and having a valid E-visa please call him today and send him to see your beautiful country.

    There is still time for you to kindly consider Mr. Fosu his travel to Istanbul and back while we are still waiting him till the 26th of December.

    Please do something good during this festive times.
