    I travelled to Beirut from Istanbul. I was sent back to Istanbul because Turkish airlines didn’t acquire the proper permission for me to be in beirut. After being sent back, my bags were not given to me. I have been trying to get in touch with the Turkish airlines office in beirut, but until now I haven’t been able to get a hold of them. I have laid a complaint on their system. But no results from there either. I don’t know what to do next.

    Dear sirs.
    My name is Nada Srage. I’m writing to you after my travel to istanbul /turkey from 21st June 2018 till 28th June 2018 with your airlines.
    My relative wrote to you “Samia Al Assi” in 4th of June 2018 telling you what happened :First, in the airport and second, about our luggages. You promised her that the answer will be within one week. Until now nothing received.
    About me: First, while being in the turkish airlines counter in Turkey’s Airport, the land hostess was in a way rude, which is unacceptable, but I didn’t answer viewing the stress of work. The problem was that my husband and I were separated in the seats. When I asked her politely to try to put us together (although I knew that there were space in the plane, we were very early in the airport) the answer was :”if you don’t like it, change the plane.” This is not a professional answer. I did not answer back and respect myself.
    Second: I came back to Beirut and was surprised by my luggages. That was horrible. My new luggage that I bought from Istanbul “Pierre cardin”( the original) that I paid for it 80 $(370TL)for it was unacceptable. The big hand that we can drag the luggage was broken and the buttom layer is torned up. And my second luggage, the stop next to the wheels was totally broken.
    So, what I want to prove all these events are unacceptable from a well-known company who wants to keep her clients with her and look for their confort.

    Am Caroline hanna am a Lebanese who used to always travel with Turkish airlines and you can check my information and see that I’ve travel with the Turkish airlines me and my family for more than 20 times,
    Am wititing this letter to you and hope it will reach the right hands who cares about the reputation of this airlines and who cares about the satisfaction and respect of your clients,
    Al the passed years I had s very pleasing and respectful way of treating me from your side but what happened today with me at Beirut airport with the responsable of your lines at the airport was beyond disrespect, mr Charbel treated me with a disrespect refusing to listen to me and not allowing me even to continue my claim,
    What happened is that I got a ticket online and just the evening before the departure I’ve been informed that the flight was canceled and the operator asked us if we prefer to travel instead of it in the morning flight or the later ones. And we insisted on the morning one since I have a very important meeting at 2pm in Istanbul and they agreed, but when I arrived to day I’ve been told that there’s no reservation in my name and when I asked (after suffering a lot since your employee can’t help as they said)
    I’ve been informed that my reservation was made for the night flight and when I tried to ask about the responsable they told me it’s mr Charbel who was nothing but a high ego disrespectful person treating passengers as beggars and refusing even to listen till I finish my claim saying that if I really want to go on this one I have to pay a 300 something dollars.
    I am telling ou ghat what happened is shameful from an employee who is representing you and that doing a reservation with your airlines will be my last option from now on (and I won’t save a chance to tell everyone I know about this horrible experience with you , you are responsable for his behavior and an apology won’t be even enough to replace the damages you did
    Financially and emotionally.

    Am sorry for being a loyal client to your airlines.
